Carlos Andres Perez is a member of the firm’s civil litigation division. Mr. Perez has devoted his entire career to litigating labor and employment cases and protecting the rights of employees in the workplace. Mr. Perez has litigated a wide variety of cases, including sexual harassment, racial discrimination, retaliation, disability and pregnancy discrimination, wrongful termination and wage and hour cases for overtime and unpaid wages. Mr. Perez has successfully represented employees in trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Perez is admitted to the California Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Perez received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. Prior to law school Mr. Perez attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and received a Bachelor's of Arts in Anthropology.
