david z. sohn

David Z. Sohn is from Southern California.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied philosophy and English.

Upon graduating college in 2008, he helped manage his parents' small grocery store through the recession. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated in 2014.  

David has spent nearly all his time as an attorney representing plaintiffs in California through all aspects of litigation, including trials. He has a passion for advocating on behalf of employees and those who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own.

David's litigation experiences also include matters relating to real estate, business litigation, and personal grievances. He has argued before the California Second District Court of Appeal regarding vacatur of arbitration awards in light of undisclosed Ex-Parte communications. 

In his spare time, David enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with his loved ones.
