As an attorney in the firm’s labor and employment litigation department, Mr. Chang represents and advocates for the rights of clients in all areas of employment disputes and Fair Employment and Housing based cases from pre-litigation negotiation and alternative dispute resolution to trial.
Mr. Chang has extensive experience litigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment misclassification and wage and hour matters in both state and federal courts. He graduated from the University of California at Riverside in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University Law School in 1997.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chang was staff counsel to a Fortune 500 company and then transitioned to employment litigation to advocate for those harmed in the workplace.
Mr. Chang is licensed to practice in all California and federal district courts. Outside of law, Mr. Chang enjoys scuba diving and ocean sports.
