Samuel Geshgian is an attorney in the firm’s civil litigation department. Mr. Geshgian graduated from the University of Southern California in 2009, with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentration in Management Consulting. Mr. Geshgian received his J.D. in 2014. While attending law school, he was awarded the highest honors in trial practice and employment discrimination. Mr. Geshgian became a member of the California State Bar in December 2014.
Mr. Geshgian is admitted to practice in all state courts in the state of California. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court – Central District of California; Northern District of California; Eastern District of California, and Southern District of California. Finally, Mr. Geshgian is admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts - Central District of California, Eastern District of California, Northern District of California and Southern District of California.
As an attorney, Mr. Geshgian has represented many institutional lenders and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. He has also represented a variety of creditors and individuals in civil litigation matters.
Outside of the legal practice, Mr. Geshgian enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn daughter. He is also an avid chess player and loves playing basketball.
